摘 要:目的:比较不同介入治疗方式的临床疗效及运用价值。方法:回顾分析2021年3月~2022年12月收治的60例非感染性膝关节腔积液患者,随机分为试验组、对照组1组、对照2组,试验组超声定位后介入治疗,对照组1组超声实时引导下介入治疗,对照2组盲穿抽吸与药物注射治疗膝关节腔积液,对比三组治疗效果。结果:3组抽液准确率对照组1组>试验组>对照2组,试验组、对照组1组两组抽液准确率与对照2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中对照组1组抽液准确率大于试验组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,试验组、对照组1组VAS评分均低于对照2组,Lysholm评分均高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声实时导引或是定位下治疗膝关节腔积液,安全性、有效性都高于体表解剖标志定位穿刺(盲穿),可以根据患者的膝关节积液情况,选择不同的超声引导介入治疗方式。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and application value of different interventional therapy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with non-infectious knee joint effusion treated from March 2021 to December 2022 was conducted and randomly divided into three groups:experimental group,control group 1,control group 2.The experimental group was treated with interventional therapy after ultrasonic positioning,the control group 1 was treated with real-time ultrasound guided interventional therapy,and the control group 2 were treated with blind aspiration and drug injection for knee joint effusion.The therapeutic effect of the three groups was compared.Results:The pumping accuracy of the 3 groups control group 1>experimental group>control group 2,the pumping accuracy of the experimental group and control group 1 compared with the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the pumping accuracy of the control group 1 was greater than that of the experimental group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS scores in experimental group and control group 1 were lower than those in control group 2,and Lysholm scores were higher than those in control group 2,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The safety and effectiveness of real-time ultrasound guidance or positioning in the treatment of knee joint effusion are higher than that of body surface anatomical marker positioning puncture(blind penetration).Different ultrasound-guided interventional therapy can be selected according to the patient’s knee joint effusion.
