摘 要:目的:探究全自动血型分析仪与微板法在ABO血型筛查中的应用价值。方法:选择本院2022年1月~2023年4月收集到的献血者进行课题研究,80例献血者均作研究对象,采集所有研究对象乙二胺四乙酸二钾抗凝样本80份,分别开展微板法检测和全自动血型分析仪检测,对血型筛查检测结果、ABO血型正反定型现象、O细胞凝聚不规则抗体出现情况进行对比,分析不同检测方法的临床应用价值。结果:全自动血型分析仪对样本亚型漏检率偏低,O细胞凝聚率偏高,但两种方法检出率差异不明显(P>0.05);全自动血型分析仪ABO亚型、正反定型不符率、抗体降低率略高,正常性血型率偏低,但组间数据差异不显著(P>0.05);全自动血型分析仪对O细胞凝聚不规则抗体的检出率明显高于微板法(P<0.05)。结论:全自动血型分析仪和微板法均能够用于ABO血型筛查过程中,但前者筛查有效性和安全性更高,可以更好地检出不规则抗体,应用前景更加广阔。Objective:To explore the application value of automatic blood group analyzer and microplate method in ABO blood group screening.Methods:The blood donors collected from January 2022 to April 2023 in our hospital were studied.80 blood donors were all used as research subjects.80 anticoagulant samples of EDTA were collected from all subjects and tested by microplate method and automatic blood group analyzer respectively.The results of blood group screening,positive and negative stereotyping of ABO blood group and irregular antibody of O cell condensation were compared,and the clinical application value of different detection methods was analyzed.Results:Automatic blood group analyzer for the sample subtype missed rate was low,O cell aggregation rate was high,but the two methods had no significant difference in the detection rate(P>0.05).The ABO subtype,positive and negative type inconsistency rate and antibody reduction rate of automatic blood group analyzer were slightly higher,and the normal blood group rate was low,but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The detection rate of O cell agglutination irregular antibody by automatic blood group analyzer was significantly higher than that by microplate method(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both automatic blood group analyzer and microplate method can be used in ABO blood group screening,but the former is more effective and safe,can better detect irregular antibodies,and has a broader application prospect.
