献血者不规则抗体筛查中全自动血型分析仪与微板法的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:研究全自动血型分析仪和微板法在为献血者进行不规则抗体筛查中的效果。方法:以2022年1月~2023年1月60例献血者的血液样本为例,全部样本均使用微板法(微板组)、全自动血型分析仪方法(全自动组)进行检测,比较两组筛查结果、判断脂血标本血型情况及溶血标本血型情况以及不规则抗体类型。结果:全自动组所检测出的抗-E共有2例、抗-P1共有3例、抗-I共有1例、抗Mur共有1例、冷自身抗体3例,微板法对凝集情况均未检出。全自动组溶血标本血型判断正确率高于微板组(P<0.05)。全自动组脂血标本血型判断正确率高于微板组(P<0.05)。全自动组不规则抗体及O细胞凝集与IgM及IgG抗体检出率高于微板组(P<0.05)。结论:在为献血者筛查鉴定不规则抗体当中,可以得出准确的结果。Objective:To study the effect of automatic blood type analyzer and microplate method in screening irregular antibodies for blood donors.Methods:Taking the blood samples of 60 blood donors from January 2022 to January 2023 as an example,all samples were detected by microplate method(microplate group)and automatic blood type analyzer method(automatic group),and the screening results of the two groups were compared,and the blood types of lipid blood samples,hemolytic samples and irregular antibody types were judged.Results:In the automatic group,there were 2 cases of anti-E,3 cases of anti-P1,1 case of anti-I,1 case of anti-Mur and 3 cases of cold autoantibodies,but no agglutination was detected by microplate method.The correct rate of blood group judgment of hemolytic samples in automatic group was higher than that in microplate group(P<0.05).The correct rate of judging the blood type of lipemia samples in automatic group was higher than that in microplate group(P<0.05).The detection rates of irregular antibodies,O cell agglutination,IgM and IgG antibodies in automatic group were higher than those in microplate group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In screening and identifying irregular antibodies for blood donors,accurate results can be obtained.
