摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在分析评估24h动态心电图对糖尿病心肌病患者心率震荡的应用价值。方法:选择2021年10月~2022年10月本院收治的糖尿病心肌病患者40例作为观察组研究对象,选择同期收治的单纯性心肌病患者40例作为对照组研究对象。对两组患者进行24h动态心电监护,对比两组的心率震荡指标、心律失常发生率。结果:两组的TO差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),TS相比,观察组低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的最快心率、平均心率、最快与最慢心率的差值都比对照组低,最慢心率比对照组高,有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组的心律失常发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病心肌病中应用24h动态心电图监测具有积极意义,能够有效监测出患者的心率震荡指标,从而有利于防止或降低心律失常等的发生,为临床治疗提供有效的支持。Objective:The purpose of this study was to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the application value of 24-hour holter electrocardiogram in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Methods:In this study,40 patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 40 patients with simple cardiomyopathy admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.24h dynamic ECG monitoring was performed on the two groups of patients,and the heart rate shock index and arrhythmia incidence were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in TO between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with TS,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of fastest heart rate,average heart rate,fastest heart rate and slowest heart rate in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the slowest heart rate was higher than that in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of arrhythmia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 24-hour holter monitoring in diabetic cardiomyopathy has positive significance,which can effectively monitor the heart rate oscillation index of patients,so as to help prevent or reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia and provide effective support for clinical treatment.
