细节管理对消毒供应室管理质量及器械处理状况的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究细节管理对消毒供应室(CSSD)管理质量及器械处理状况的影响。方法:本院于2019年7月开展新一轮的CSSD医疗器械细节管理,现开展随机回顾性分析,分别调查2019年1月~2019年6月、2019年7月~2019年12月本单位CSSD管理质量与器械处理状况,将前者纳入对照组(含医疗器械1000件),后者纳入实验组(含医疗器械1000件),比较并分析不同管理模式下医院CSSD管理质量与器械处理状况差异。结果:实施细节管理后护理质量评分明显升高,且器械处置合格率及不良事件发生率明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展细节管理能有效保障消毒供应室器械清洗消毒包装的质量,提高医院消毒供应室护理工作中各个环节的质量,保障患者的治疗安全性,为其提供更优质的服务。Objective:To study the impact of detail management on the quality of disinfection supply room(CSSD)management and equipment handling status.Methods:Our hospital conducted a new round of CSSD medical device detail management in July 2019.A randomized retrospective analysis was conducted to investigate the quality of CSSD management and device handling status in our unit from January 2019 to June 2019 and from July 2019 to December 2019.The former was included in the control group(including 1000 medical devices)and the latter was included in the experimental group(including 1000 medical devices).Different management modes were compared and analyzed,differences in the quality of hospital CSSD management and device handling status.Results:After implementing detailed management,the nursing quality score significantly increased,and the qualified rate of device disposal and incidence of adverse events were significantly better,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detailed management can effectively guarantee the quality of equipment cleaning and disinfection packaging in the disinfection supply room,improve the quality of all links in the nursing work in the hospital disinfection supply room,ensure the treatment safety of patients,and provide better services for them.
