摘 要:全面推行河长制湖长制是河湖管理的重要举措,是维护河湖健康生命、实现河湖功能永续利用的制度保障。以宿州市唐河为例,从“盆”、“水”、生物、社会服务功能4个准则层选取14个指标对唐河河流健康状态进行评价,根据评价结果和问题分析提出了唐河的保护和修复对策,并对在评价工作中遇到的问题进行了探讨。相关研究可为类似河湖的健康评价工作提供参考。The comprehensive implementation of the river chief system and lake chief system is a crucial initiative in the magagement of rivers and lakes.It serves as a systematic guarantee for maintaining the ecological well-being of these water bodies and achieving sustainable utilization of their functions.In this study,we evaluated the health of Tanghe River in Suzhou City based on 14 indexes in four aspects,namely,basin,water,biological and social service functions.We further propose solutions for protecting and restoring the Tanghe River based on the evaluation results and problem analysis,while discussing the challenges encountered.The findings serve as a reference for similar health assessment for rivers and lakes.
