荆江分洪区沿堤居民搬迁安置研究

摘　　要：荆江分洪区是长江中游防洪工程的重要组成部分。由于历史原因,分洪区干堤上仍居住2万多人,堤上房屋密集,市政设施薄弱,污水直排问题突出,影响堤防安全和长江水环境,狭窄的空间也制约了沿江乡村的发展。系统分析了荆江分洪区干堤沿堤居民居住状况、存在的问题以及搬迁安置的必要性,提出了沿堤居民搬迁方案,以更好地保护美丽长江,建设安全堤防,同时助力乡村振兴。Jingjiang River flood diversion zone is a crucial part of flood control projects in middle Yangtze River.Due to historical factors,there are still over 20000 people residing on the embankment of the flood diversion zone.This densely populated area lacks adequate municipal facilities and is plagued direct sewage discharge.These problmes not only affects the safety of the embankment and the water environment of the Yangtze River,constrain the development of villages along the river.This paper systematically examines the residential conditions along the main embankment of Jingjiang River flood diversion zone,identifies the existing problems,justifies the necessity of relocation and resettlement,and finally,presents a resettlement plan for residents along the embankment.The aim is to better protect the beautiful Yangtze River,build a more secure embankment,while helping to revitalise the countryside.
