复方骨肽注射液穴位注射在类风湿关节炎治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究类风湿关节炎患者采取复方骨肽穴位注射的临床疗效。方法随机抽选本院2022年5月—2023年2月收治的72例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究样本,依据计算机表法将患者均等分为对照组和实验组,每组36例,分别开展常规治疗、常规治疗+复方骨肽注射液穴位注射治疗,对比两组临床治疗有效率、治疗前后症状体征、炎症因子水平等指标。结果治疗后的症状体征、炎症因子水平:实验组更符合预期,组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床治疗有效率:实验组明显优于对照组,组间经对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论类风湿关节炎患者采取复方骨肽注射液穴位注射疗法可以快速改善症状体征,减轻患者的炎症反应,提高疾病治疗效果。Objective To explore clinical effect of compound bone peptide acupoint injection for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The paper chose 72 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to February 2023 as study samples,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly according to computer table method,with 36 cases in each group,treated with routine treatment,routine treatment,and acupoint injection of compound bone peptide injection respectively.Clinical treatment effect,symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results Symptoms,signs,and levels of inflammatory factors after treatment in experimental group were more in line with expectations,with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).Clinical treatment effect in experimental group was significantly better than control group,there was statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection therapy with compound bone peptide injection can improve symptoms and signs quickly,alleviate inflammation,and enhance curative effect of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
