沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效及对其IL-21、IL-18水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效及对其IL-21、IL-18水平的影响分析。方法选取2021年9月—2022年12月在台山市中医院诊断为支气管哮喘的患者100例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组采取布地奈德治疗,研究组采取沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组患者在治疗前、后的肺功能指标、血清炎症因子水平,病情控制指标,并判断患者治疗效果。结果在治疗后患者呼吸频率、血清炎症因子水平均较治疗前下降,研究组低于对照组,而血氧饱和度、FEV1/FVC及肺每分钟最大通气量指标均高于治疗前,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗后研究组患者咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部哮鸣音症状明显减少及消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后判定疗效中,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者以沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂联合布地奈德治疗,可显著改善患者肺部功能指标,减轻血清IL-21、IL-18因子水平,获得理想治疗效果。Objective To observe clinical effect of salmeterol fluticasone inhaler combined with budesonide for patients with bronchial asthma and analyze its effect on IL-21 and IL-18 levels.Methods The paper chose 100 patients diagnosed with bronchial asthma at Taishan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with budesonide treatment,while study group with salmeterol fluticasone inhaler combined with budesonide treatment.Lung function indicators,serum inflammatory factor levels,and disease control indicators were compared between two groups before and after treatment,treatment effect was evaluated.Results After treatment,respiratory rate and serum inflammatory factor levels were lower than before treatment,those of study group were lower than control group.However,indicators of blood oxygen saturation,FEV1/FVC,and maximum lung ventilation per minute were higher than before treatment,those of study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,symptoms of cough,dyspnea,and pulmonary wheezing in study group were significantly lower than control group,and disappeared for a shorter time(P<0.05).After treatment,total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone inhaler combined with budesonide can significantly improve lung function indicators,reduce serum IL-21 and IL-18 factor levels of bronchial asthma patients,which has ideal curative effect.
