摘　　要：目的分析人性化护理在无痛人工流产手术护理中效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月在本院行无痛人工流产手术患者200例为研究对象,按照护理方式均分为观察组(人性化护理)和对照组(常规护理),观察患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的心理状态评分、不良反应率较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时长、术中出血量较对照组优异(P<0.05)。结论在无痛人工流产手术护理中给予人性化护理,改善心理状态和生活质量,降低不良反应率,缩短手术时长,减少术中出血量,可以在临床上推广。Objective To analyze effect of humanized nursing in nursing of painless induced abortion surgery.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 200 patients with painless induced abortion surgery in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023,and divided them into observation group(with humanized nursing)and control group(with routine nursing)according to nursing methods.Clinical nursing effect of patients was observed.Results Nursing satisfaction degree and life quality in observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Psychological state scores and adverse reaction rate in observation group were lower than control group,P<0.05.Observation group had better surgical duration and intraoperative bleeding than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Humanized nursing nursing can improve psychological status and life quality,reduce adverse reaction rates,shorten surgical duration,and reduce intraoperative bleeding during painless induced abortion surgery,which can be promoted in clinical practice.
