儿童接种百白破疫苗后的不良反应及有效预防及护理对策

摘　　要：目的研究儿童接种百白破疫苗后存在的不良反应及预防护理措施。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月接种百白破疫苗的儿童100例进行研究,按照接种时间将所选儿童分为两组(对照组n=50,观察组n=50),对照组儿童采取常规疫苗接种护理流程;观察组采取针对性预防护理指导措施,比较两组儿童不良反应发生状况及家长满意评分。结果观察组儿童接种百白破疫苗后,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异统计学有意义(P<0.05);同时观察组家长满意评分高于对照组,差异统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童接种百白破疫苗中,通过良好的预防护理指导,可以有效防止不良反应发生,保证百白破疫苗接种的安全,具有良好应用效果。Objective To study adverse reactions and preventive nursing measures of children with pertussis vaccine.Methods The paper chose 100 children with pertussis vaccine from January 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups(control group n=50,observation group n=50)according to vaccination time.Control group was treated with routine vaccination care procedures,and observation group with targeted preventive nursing guidance measures.Incidence of adverse reactions and parental satisfaction scores were compared between two groups.Results After pertussis vaccine,incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Good preventive nursing guidance can effectively reduce incidence of adverse reactions,ensure safety of pertussis vaccine vaccination during vaccination of children with pertussis vaccine,which has good application effect.
