超声参数对精索静脉曲张患者的诊断及分期价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究超声参数对精索静脉曲张患者的诊断及其对疾病分期的诊断价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月本医院影像科收治的50例精索静脉曲张患者作为实验组,并选取同期进行健康体检的50例人员为对照组,对所有受试者进行超声检查以及综合检查。分析诊断价值,并对比两组参数情况。结果综合检查诊断出阳性44例,阴性6例;彩色多普勒超声共诊断出40例阳性,阴性10例;超声诊断精索静脉曲张的准确度为84.00%,灵敏度为86.36%,特异度为66.67%,阳性预测值为5.00%,阴性预测值为40.00%;实验组DV、Vmax以及TR均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组左右睾丸体积以及左右睾丸回声强度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声参数对精索静脉曲张患者的诊断及分期具有良好的灵敏度及准确度,其可较好分辨患者的精索静脉曲张的程度。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonic parameters in patients with varicocele and disease staging.Methods 50 patients with varicocele admitted to the imaging department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and 50 patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were subjected to ultrasound examination and comprehensive examination.The diagnostic value was analyzed,and the parameters of the two groups were compared.Results Comprehensive examination diagnosed 44 cases positive,6 cases negative;color Doppler ultrasound diagnosed 40 cases positive,10 cases negative;The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 84.00%,86.36%,66.67%,5.00%and 40.00%respectively in diagnosing varicocele.DV,Vmax and TR of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The volume of the left and right testis and the echo intensity of the left and right testis in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic parameters have good sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis and staging of varicocele patients,and can better distinguish the degree of varicocele in patients.
