乳房下垂采用垂直切口法乳房悬吊术的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析乳房下垂采用垂直切口法乳房悬吊术的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月本院收治的乳房下垂患者60例为研究对象,并随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行双环形切口手术,观察组进行垂直切口法乳房悬吊术治疗,对比两组乳房形态、治疗满意度以及并发症发生率。结果观察组乳房形态、治疗满意度以及并发症发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳房下垂采用垂直切口法乳房悬吊术可以提高临床乳房形态、治疗满意度,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To analyze clinical effect of vertical incision breast suspension surgery for breast prolapse.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with breast prolapse and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with double ring incision surgery,while observation group with vertical incision breast suspension surgery.Breast shape,treatment satisfaction degree,and incidence of complications were compared.Results Observation group had better breast morphology,treatment satisfaction degree,and incidence of complications than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vertical incision breast suspension surgery can improve clinical breast morphology,treatment satisfaction degree,reduce incidence of complications of breast prolapse,which has high clinical value.
