眩得康联合薄芝糖肽对耳源性眩晕缓解期椭圆囊功能异常患者前庭症状指数及不良反应发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨采取眩得康联合薄芝糖肽治疗耳源性眩晕缓解期椭圆囊功能异常患者对前庭症状指数、不良反应影响。方法选择120例研究对象,经随机数字表法分组,分成观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组患者给予薄芝糖肽注射液治疗,观察组则予以眩得康联合薄芝糖肽治疗。各组患者均治疗1个月,对比各组的临床疗效、治疗前后的前庭症状指数(VSI)以及oVEMP检查结果,对比不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后,VSI以及oVEMP检查指标都是较治疗前降低,其中观察组指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论眩得康联合薄芝糖肽治疗耳源性眩晕缓解期椭圆囊功能异常,可取得良好治疗效果,改善患者前庭功能指数,同时治疗期间不良反应发生率低。Objective To explore effect of Xuandekang combined with ganoderma capense glycopeptide on vestibular symptom index and adverse reactions of patients with auricular vertigo and abnormal elliptical capsule function during relief period.Methods The paper chose 120 study subjects and divided them into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)randomly.Control group was treated with ganoderma capense glycopeptide injection,while observation group with Xuandekang combined with ganoderma capense glycopeptide injection.Each group was treated for one month,clinical Effect,vestibular symptom index(VSI)before and after treatment,and overflow test results were compared.Incidence of adverse reactions was comparedd.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 90.00%,higher than 71.67%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed lower VSI and oVEMP test indicators than before treatment,those fo observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of Xuandekang and ganoderma capense glycopeptide can achieve good curative effect in treatment of abnormal elliptical capsule function during relief period of otogenic vertigo,improve vestibular function index of patients,with low incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.
