摘　　要：股骨头软骨下不全骨折(subchondral insufficiency fracture of the femoral head,SIFFH)是一种相对罕见的髋关节疾病,其临床表现和影像特征与股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)高度相似,临床上极易发生漏诊和误诊。研究表明,SIFFH可以发生在所有年龄段、不同活动水平的成年人身上,且部分患者病情进展迅速,延误诊断可能导致年轻患者失去宝贵的保髋机会。因此,临床骨科医生需要掌握SIFFH鉴别诊断要点,争取实现早期诊断,根据患者情况合理选择治疗方案。Subchondral insufficiency fracture of the femoral head(SIFFH)is a relatively rare hip joint disease,with clinical manifestations and imaging features of being highly similar to osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH),which may be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis in clinical practice.Research has shown,SIFFH occurs in all ages and different levels of activity of adults,and codition of some patients progresses rapidly.Delaying diagnosis may cause young patients to lose valuable opportunities for hip preservation.Therefore,clinical orthopedic doctors should master key points of SIFFH differential diagnosis,strive to achieve early diagnosis,and choose treatment plans reasonably based on condition of patients.
