氯氮平、奥氮平与抗精神分裂症药物联用的临床疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氯氮平、奥氮平与抗精神分裂症药物联用的临床疗效对比。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月本院收治的90例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,根据患者入院的时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组应用氯氮平联合抗精神分裂症药物治疗,观察组应用奥氮平与抗精神分裂症药物联用治疗,对比两组患者的治疗临床疗效、药物的不良反应、治疗前与治疗后的生活质量、PANSS评分与SDSS评分展开比对,分析两组之间的数据差异。结果相比两组患者治疗的临床总有效率,观察组要显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者出现的流涎、便秘、头晕与嗜睡情况进行统计,发现观察组患者的药物不良反应率比对照组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,评估两组患者的生活质量,治疗前两组患者的社会功能、情绪功能、躯体健康与生理功能的评分区别不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分要比治疗前有所提升,其中观察组患者的各项功能评分均比对照组患者更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的PANSS评分与SDSS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的PANSS评分与SDSS评分相比治疗前有所下降,且观察组患者的PANSS评分与SDSS评分相比对照组患者明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于精神分裂症患者的治疗,临床应用奥氮平与抗精神分裂症药物的联用疗效更为确切,相比氯氮平联合抗精神分裂症药物的治疗,不良反应较少,可有效地改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore and compare clinical effect of combination of clozapine,olanzapine,and antipsychotic drugs.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly according to chronological order of admission,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with chlorpromazine combined with antipsychotic drugs,while observation group with combination of olanzapine and antipsychotic drugs.Clinical effect of treatment,adverse drug reactions,life quality before and after treatment,PANSS scores and SDSS scores were compared between two groups,data difference was analyze between two groups.Results Clinical total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Statistical analysis of salivation,constipation,dizziness,and drowsiness between two groups showed,incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).in addition,evaluation of life quality between two groups showed,there was no significant difference in scores of social function,emotional function,physical health,and physiological function between two groups before treatment,difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,life quality scores between two groups were higher than before treatment,observation group had higher scores of various functions than control group(P<0.05).in addition,before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between PANSS scores and SDSS scores between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PANSS scores between two groups were lower than before treatment,PANSS scores of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of olanzapine and antipsychotic drugs is more effective in clinical application for schizophrenia patients,with fewer adverse reactions than combination of clozapine and antipsychotic drugs,which can improve life quality of patien
