基于经筋理论分析恢刺法治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的思路

摘　　要：中风后痉挛性偏瘫是卒中后常见的后遗症,严重影响患者的生活质量。文章从经筋理论的角度出发分析《灵枢》恢刺法治疗此病的思路,分别从病因病机方面:阴阳跷脉脉气失调、卫气运行失常、顽固性结筋病灶点的卡压来探讨该病,以及恢刺治疗该病的理论依据及临床优势,为临床治疗此病提供新思路。Post-stroke spastic hemiplegia is a common sequela that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The article analyzes the treatment of this disease with lateral needling in the book Spiritual Pivot(Ling Shu)based on the theory of meridians and tendons.We explored the theoretical basis and clinical advantages of lateral needling for this disease from the etiology and pathogenesis:qi imbalance between yang heel vessel and yin heel vessel,abnormal flow of defense qi,and refractory tendon lesions,providing new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.
