摘  要:采用重量法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES法)对复合肥料的有效磷含量进行测定,并对测量不确定度进行评定和比较。重量法测定结果w(有效磷)(20.71±0.07)%,扩展不确定度为0.07%(k=2),其不确定度主要来源于样品测量重复性;ICP-OES法测定结果w(有效磷)为(20.74±0.67)%,扩展不确定为0.67%(k=2),其不确定度主要来源于系列标准溶液的稀释。相比于ICP-OES法,重量法测定准确度更高,更稳定,适用于对准确度要求较高的测定;ICP-OES法适用于大批量测定。The available phosphorus content in compound fertilizers are determined by gravimetric method and ICP-OES method,and the measurement uncertainties are evaluated and compared.The determination result of available phosphorus by gravimetric method is(20.71±0.07)%,with an expanded uncertainty of 0.07%(k=2),which mainly comes from the measurement repeatability of the sample;The determination result of available phosphorus by ICP-0ES method is(20.74±0.64)%,with an extended uncertainty of 0.67%(k=2),which mainly comes from the dilution of the series of standard solutions.Compared to the ICP-OES method,the gravimetric method has higher accuracy and the results are stable,making it suitable for measurements with high accuracy requirements;The ICP-OES method is suitable for large-scale measurements.
