摘　　要：针对海德鲁流化床造粒装置在生产过程出现的洗涤塔除沫网变形、振动筛筛网频繁破损、造粒机喷头支管泄漏典型故障,分析探讨产生的原因。通过采取相应对策,消除了设备问题,保证了装置安全稳定运行。In response to typical faults such as deformation of the demister mesh in the washing tower,frequent damage of the vibrating screen mesh,and leakage of the nozzle branch pipe of the granulator that occurred during the production process of the Hydro fluidized bed granulation device,the reasons of these faults are analyzed and discussed.By taking corresponding measures,equipment problems are eliminated,and the safe and stable operation of the device is ensured.
