摘 要:目的 探讨基于即时通讯平台的同伴教育模式在促进临床医师及时归档电子病历的影响,为提高电子病历归档质量提供参考。方法 回顾性分析2021年4月1日-2022年12月31日50例临床医师的资料,按是否应用同伴教育模式,分为传统管理组(n=25)和同伴教育组(n=25)。通过对比两组临床医师的共11523份电子病历归档情况评估同伴教育模式的应用效果。结果 应用基于即时通讯平台的同伴教育模式后,临床医师的归档意识有明显提升,电子病历2日归档率均在83.67%以上,5日归档率均在96.89%以上,归档率数据显著提高且稳定。同伴教育组的电子病历2日归档率(χ^(2)=107.816,P<0.001)及5日归档率(χ^(2)=665.404,P<0.001)跟传统组对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用基于即时通讯平台的同伴教育模式能使临床医师形成及时归档电子病历的意识,意识转化为行动,从而促进电子病历及时归档。Objectives To explore the impact of peer education models based on instant messaging platforms onpromoting timely archiving of electronic medical records by clinical physicians, and provide guidance for improvingthe quality of electronic medical record archiving. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 50clinical physicians from April 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2022, which were divided into a traditional managementgroup (n=25) and a peer education group (n=25) based on whether the peer education model was applied. Andevaluated the application effect of peer education model by comparing the archiving status of 11523 electronicmedical records of two groups of clinical physicians. Results After applying the peer education model based oninstant messaging platform, the archiving awareness of clinical physicians had significantly improved. The 2-dayarchiving rate of electronic medical records was above 83.67%, and the 5-day archiving rate was above 96.89%.The archiving rate data was significantly improved and stable. 2-day filing rate of electronic medical records in peereducation group (χ^(2)=107.816, P<0.001) and 5-day filing rate (χ^(2)=665.404, P<0.001). Compared with thetraditional group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of peereducation model based on instant messaging platform could enable clinical physicians to form a sense of timelyarchiving of electronic medical records, transform consciousness into action, and promote timely archiving ofelectronic medical records.
