摘　　要：试验旨在探究秋季补饲对不同年龄阶段欧拉羊血清生化指标的影响。选取6、12、36月龄健康且体况相近的欧拉羊母羊各24只,将各年龄阶段欧拉羊随机分为放牧组(Ⅰ组)和放牧+补饲组(Ⅱ组),每组3个重复,每个重复4只羊。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。结果表明,6、12月龄Ⅱ组欧拉羊平均日增重高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。6月龄Ⅱ组欧拉羊血清雌二醇(E2)、生长激素(GH)含量高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);12、36月龄Ⅱ组欧拉羊血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。6月龄Ⅱ组欧拉羊血清球蛋白(GLB)含量高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);12月龄Ⅱ组欧拉羊血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);36月龄Ⅱ组欧拉羊血清GLB、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。6月龄Ⅱ组欧拉羊血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);12、36月龄Ⅱ组欧拉羊血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,秋季补饲促进了6月龄母羊的快速成熟,增强了不同年龄阶段欧拉羊生长代谢能力、免疫功能和抗氧化能力。The experiment aimed to explore the effects of autumn supplementary feeding on the serum biochemical indexes of Oula sheep at different age stages.A total of 24 healthy and similar-conditioned Oula ewes at the ages of 6,12,and 36 months were selected for each age group.The Oula sheep at each age stage were randomly divided into a grazing group(groupⅠ)and a grazing+supplementary feeding group(groupⅡ),with three replicates in each group and four sheep in each replicate.The pre-feeding period was 10 days and the formal experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of the groupⅡwas higher than that of the groupⅠfor 6-month-old and 12-month-old sheep(P<0.05).In 6-month-old sheep of the groupⅡ,the serum E2 and GH levels were higher than those in the groupⅠ(P<0.05).In 12-month-old and 36-month-old sheep of the groupⅡ,the ALP activity was higher than that in the groupⅠ(P<0.05).In 6-month-old sheep of the groupⅡ,the serum GLB level was higher than that in the groupⅠ(P<0.05).In 12-month-old sheep of the groupⅡ,the IL-2 level was higher than that in the groupⅠ(P<0.05).In 36-month-old sheep of the groupⅡ,the levels of GLB,IgM,IL-4,and IL-6 were higher than those in the groupⅠ(P<0.05).In 6-month-old sheep of the groupⅡ,the serum GSH-Px activity was higher than that in the groupⅠ(P<0.05).In 12-month-old and 36-month-old sheep of the groupⅡ,the SOD activity was higher than that in the groupⅠ(P<0.05).The study suggests that autumn supplementary feeding promotes the rapid maturation of 6-month-old ewes,enhances the growth,metabolic capacity,immune function,and antioxidant ability at different age in Oula sheep.
