摘　　要：试验为评定液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鱼饵中地西泮含量的不确定度。试验通过建立数学模型分析不同来源的不确定度,评定各不确定度分量。结果显示,测量结果的相对标准不确定度为4.55%,相对扩展的不确定度为9.10%,样品中地西泮含量为(23.821±2.168)μg/kg(K=2)。研究表明,鱼饵中地西泮含量的测量不确定度主要源于试样重复测量、标准溶液配制和试样称量。The experiment aimed to assess the uncertainty of the determination of diazepam content in fishing baits by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.By establishing a mathematical model and analyzing uncertainties from different sources,the experiment evaluated various uncertainty components.The results showed that the relative standard uncertainty of the measurement results was 4.55%,and the relative expanded uncertainty was 9.10%.The diazepam content in the sample should be expressed as(23.821±2.168)μg/kg(K=2).The study indicates that the measurement uncertainty of diazepam content in fishing baits is mainly attributed to the repeated measurements of the sample,the preparation of standard solution,and the weighing of the sample.
