摘 要:原油稳定是将原油中轻质组分分离、回收的工艺技术,可有效降低原油集输过程中的蒸发损耗。为达到降低原油稳定综合能耗、提高产品经济效益的目的,通过对原油集输的现状分析,对不同原油稳定工艺的操作条件、投资成本、能耗分析、产品质量等方面进行了对比,结合现场生产实际,优选负压闪蒸工艺技术作为研究对象,利用Aspen HYSYS进行建模分析,研究了负压闪蒸技术的稳定压力、稳定温度、稳定深度、塔顶出料等参数的相关性及变化规律,对综合能耗、运行成本、经济效益进行评价,结合设备能力、产品质量设立的边界条件,根据参数变化规律,确定了最佳的运行参数。通过建模计算可知,合理的运行参数可大幅降低稳定过程中的热量损失,进而降低综合能耗、提高产品产出率,实现降本增效的目的,实现原油稳定系统节能、高效运行,对同类型原油稳定工艺的调整及优化具有一定指导意义。Crude oil stabilization is a process technology that separates and recovers light components from crude oil,which can effectively reduce evaporation losses during the crude oil gathering and transportation process.In order to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of crude oil stabilization and improve product economic benefits,a comparison is conducted on the operating conditions,investment costs,energy consumption analysis,product quality,and other aspects of different crude oil stabilization processes through the analysis of the current situation of crude oil gathering and transportation.Based on on-site production practice,the negative pressure flash evaporation process technology is selected as the research object,and Aspen HYSYS is used for modeling and analysis.The correlation and variation laws of parameters such as stable pressure,stable temperature,stable depth,and top discharge of the negative pressure flash evaporation technology are studied.The comprehensive energy consumption,operating costs,and economic benefits are evaluated.Combined with the boundary conditions established by equipment capacity and product quality,the optimal operating parameters are determined based on the variation law of parameters.By modeling and calculating with Aspen HYSYS,reasonable operating parameters can significantly reduce heat loss during the stabilization process,thereby reducing comprehensive energy consumption,improving product output rate,achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase,and achieving energy-saving,efficient,and cost-effective operation of the crude oil stabilization system.This has certain guiding significance for the adjustment and optimization of the same type of crude oil stabilization process.
