摘 要:现阶段国内油田在不同生产环节防垢技术的选择上,缺少科学有效的评价体系。针对这一问题,经调研、对比、分析及筛选,明确了从安全性、适用性、技术难度、效能及经济性这五个纬度构建防垢技术水平判断指标,确定了防垢技术水平评价分为基础、标准、强化及综合防垢这四个等级,选择层次分析法(AHP)+熵权法(EWM)构建防垢技术选择的评价模型,对影响防垢技术选择的各项指标按照重要程度进行排序,对防垢水平进行评价,通过评价结果确定油田最终防垢方案,并根据具体防垢案例验证该方法的准确、可行及可靠性。通过构建防垢技术优选体系,能够有效判断不同防垢技术对目标油田的防垢水平,为油田防垢技术优选过程提供理论基础。There is a lack of a scientific and effective evaluation system for the selection of anti-scaling technology in various oilfield production links in China.To solve this problem,through investigation,comparison,analysis,and screening,a judgment index of anti-scaling technology level is constructed from five dimensions of safety,applicability,technical difficulty,efficiency,and economy.There are four levels of anti-scaling technology evaluation:basic anti-scaling,standard anti-scaling,enhanced anti-scaling,and comprehensive anti-scaling.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)+Entropy Weight Method(EWM)is used to build the evaluation model of anti-scaling technology selection.The indexes influencing the selection of anti-scaling technology are sorted by importance,and the antiscaling level is evaluated.The final anti-scaling scheme of an oilfield is determined by the evaluation results.Finally,the accuracy,feasibility,and reliability of the method are validated by specific anti-scaling cases.The results show that the anti-scaling technology optimization system can effectively judge the anti-scaling level of different anti-scaling technologies for the target oilfield,and provide a theoretical basis for the oilfield anti-scaling technology optimization process.
