摘  要:智慧城市已经逐渐成为社会生产发展改革的代名词,而智慧路灯也成了当代户外集成化智慧产品,建设内容上融合了网络、AI、智能化、3D等多种元素,专业的融合性较大,建设工程已不再是单纯考虑进度、配电、施工质量等传统风险因素,风险因素不断转变增加,增加了整个工程建设风险。本文将对智慧路灯的建设风险进行识别、评估与应对,应用工作风险分解法(WBS-RBS)、层析分析法(AHP)、模糊分析法(FUZZY)对风险进行识别与评估,最终提出风险应对方案,为今后智慧路灯的建设提供一定的风险管理借鉴。The construction of smart cities has gradually become a synonym for the reform and development of social production.Smart streetlights,as contemporary outdoor integrated smart products,incorporate various elements such as networking,AI,intelligence,3D,etc.The construction involves significant integration,and the construction project is no longer simply considering traditional risk factors such as progress,power distribution and construction quality.The risk factors are constantly changing and increasing,adding complexity to the overall construction risk.This paper will identify,assess,and address the construction risks of smart streetlights.The Work Breakdown Structure-Risk Breakdown Structure(WBS-RBS),Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and Fuzzy Analysis Method(FUZZY)will be applied to identify and evaluate the risks.Finally,risk response plans will be proposed to provide reference for risk management in the construction of smart streetlights in the future.
