摘  要:采用生物基弹性体杜仲胶(EUG)作为橡胶相,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)作为塑料相,通过熔融共混和动态全硫化技术制备一种新型生物基热塑性硫化胶(TPV).通过扭矩变化、溶胶凝胶含量、红外光谱、透射电子显微镜和力学性能等研究EUG/EVA TPV的交联过程和橡塑比对其微观相态结构和性能的影响.研究结果表明:EUG/EVA TPV在动态硫化过程以EUG相交联为主,其相态结构为典型的“海-岛”结构,交联的EUG相均匀地分散在EVA基体中;当EUG与EVA的质量比为5∶5时,EUG/EVA TPV的力学性能较优,拉伸强度为5.9 MPa、断裂伸长率为295%.实验制备的EUG/EVA TPV具有良好的机械性能和弹性,有望应用于汽车和电子等领域.A new sustainable bio-based thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)was prepared by melt blending and dynamic full vulcanization using bio-based elastomer Eucommiagum(EUG)as the rubber phase and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)as the plastic phase.Through torque,sol-gel content,infrared spectrum analysis,transmission electron microscopeand mechanical test,the effect of crosslinking process and rubber-plastic ratio of EUG/EVA TPV on its microscopic phase structure was mainly studied.The results show that in the dynamic vulcanization process,EUG phase was the mainly crosslinked phase for EUG/EVA TPV.The phase structure is a typical"sea-island"structure,and the cross-linked EUG phase is uniformly dispersed in the EVA matrix.When the mass ratio of EUG to EVA is 5:5,the mechanical properties of EUG/EVA TPV are better,and the tensile strength and elongation at break both reach 5.9 MPa and 295%,respectively.Therefore,EUG/EVA TPV exhibits good mechanical properties and elasticity,which is expected to be applied in automotive,electronic and other material fields.
