摘  要:以减四线油和秦皇岛AH-90作为软沥青,将DOA与软沥青调和制备重交沥青后进行SBS改性,考察软沥青含量、改性工艺方法、SBS改性剂的类型和嵌段比(S/B)及用量对改性沥青性能的影响,并利用荧光显微镜(FM)评价改性沥青的微观结构。研究表明,DOA调和重交沥青SBS改性后的性能符合I-C级规范要求;DOA调和制备AH-70重交沥青制备改性沥青较为合适的改性工艺条件为:制备方法为先溶胀SBS后改性,改性剂为YH-791H,结构类型为线型,S/B嵌段比为30/70,用量为3.0%。Using the fourth line oil and Qinhuangdao AH-90 as soft asphalt,DOA was mixed with soft asphalt to prepare heavy road asphalt,and SBS modification was carried out.The effects of soft asphalt content,modification process,SBS modifier type and block ratio(S/B)and dosage on the performance of modified asphalt were investigated,and the microstructure of modified asphalt was evaluated using fluorescence microscopy(FM).Research has shown that the performance of DOA blended heavy road asphalt SBS modified meets the requirements of I-C grade specifications.The suitable modification process conditions for preparing AH-70 heavy road asphalt by DOA blending are as follows:the preparation method is to first swell SBS and then modify it,the modifier is YH-791H,the structural type is linear,the S/B block ratio is 30/70,and the dosage is 3.0%.
