可视咽喉钳在下咽部异物取出术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用自制可视咽喉钳取出下咽异物的可行性。方法:将咽喉钳和内镜相结合,通过数据线和显示器连接,制作成可视的咽喉钳,应用可视咽喉钳对下咽部异物进行检查和治疗。结果:53例患者中发现异物51例,其中下咽异物48例,均应用可视咽喉钳成功取出,3例经电子胃镜检查诊断为食道异物,经电子胃镜行食道异物取出。结论:可视咽喉钳可以对下咽部进行检查和异物取出,具有操作简单、快速,对下咽部异物取出成功率高等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the feasibility of using self-made visual throat forceps to remove hypopharyngeal foreign bodies.Methods The throat forceps were combined with the endoscope and connected to a monitor via a data cable resulting in a visual throat forceps apparatus.This device was utilized to examine and treat the hypopharyngeal foreign bodies.Results Among 53 patients,foreign bodies were detected in 51,with 48 cases involving hypopharyngeal foreign bodies.All were successfully extracted using the visual throat forceps.Three cases,diagnosed as esophageal foreign bodies by electronic gastroscopy,were treated using the same method.Conclusion Visual throat forceps can be used to examine the hypopharynx and remove foreign bodies.It has the advantages of simple operation,rapid operation,and high success rate of foreign body removal from the hypopharynx.It is worthy of clinical application.
