摘  要:为了探索效益更高的城市生活垃圾焚烧底灰碱激发材料的制备方式,对底灰碱激发材料开展了配合比设计、强度试验及微观分析,分析了养护温度及不同配合比底灰碱激发试件抗压强度发展的影响,并结合XRD、SEM-EDS、FT-IR等微观检测技术分析了聚合反应机理。结果表明:当底灰粒径不大于1.25 mm时,使用体积比为2∶1的水玻璃溶液与氢氧化钠溶液,底灰碱激发试件的抗压强度达到最优;密封条件下复合养护温度更有利于聚合反应的进行与聚合产物的生成。In order to explore the preparation method of bottom ash alkali-activated materials for municipal solid waste incineration with higher efficiency,the mix proportion design,strength test and microscopic analysis of bottom ash alkali-activated materials were carried out.The effects of curing temperature and compressive strength development of bottom ash alkali-activated specimens with different mix proportions were analyzed.The polymerization mechanism was analyzed by XRD,SEM-EDS and FT-IR.The results show that when the particle size of bottom ash is less than 1.25 mm,the compressive strength of the bottom ash alkali-activated specimens reaches the best when the volume ratio of sodium silicate solution and sodium hydroxide solution is 2:1.The composite curing temperature under sealing condition is more conducive to the polymerization reaction and the formation of polymerization products.
