摘  要:推动中药产业发展是保障人民健康的重要发展战略和手段。中试实训是制药工程专业课程体系的重要组成部分。本实验采用由可编程控制器控制的自动化中药中试提取设备,制备银杏叶提取物,并对提取物中总黄酮苷含量进行测定,培养学生现代化中药生产的相关能力。以中药提取物的制备作为教学模型具有典型的专业教育特色和产业推广作用,有助于推进我国中药产业的现代化进程,为新兴产业培育提供支撑。Promoting the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry is an important development strategy and means to ensure people's health.Pilot training is an important component of the curriculum system for pharmaceutical engineering majors.This experiment uses an automated traditional Chinese medicine pilot extraction equipment controlled by a programmable controller to prepare Ginkgo biloba leaf extract,measure the total flavonoid glycoside content in the extract,and cultivate students'ability to produce modern traditional Chinese medicine.The preparation of traditional Chinese medicine extracts as a teaching model has typical professional education characteristics and industrial promotion effects,which helps to promote the modernization process of traditional Chinese medicine industry and provides support for the cultivation of emerging industries.
