外螺旋式月球极区采冰与冰屑运移仿真研究

摘  要:针对月冰钻采多点位重复采集问题,提出一种基于深槽螺旋钻具通过外螺旋方式采冰方案。研究冰屑颗粒在钻采过程中的输送特性,建立冰屑颗粒受力、速度数学模型并推导出临界转速表达式,基于EDEM仿真研究不同螺旋转速对冰屑运移特性的影响。研究结果表明:螺旋转速为600r/min时,冰屑颗粒平均轴向速度较之前提升25%;冰屑颗粒平均轴向速度仿真值与理论值相对误差在12%以内。以上研究成果可为月球极区采冰装置的设计提供借鉴。In view of the problem of multi-point repeated lunar ice mining,this paper proposes a method of external spiral ice mining by using deep groove auger.This paper studies the moving characteristics of particles of ice chips during the drilling process,derives the critical speed equation by establishing mathematical models of the force and speed of ice particles,and studies the impact of different spiral speeds on the moving characteristics of the ice chips based on EDEM simulation.The results show that when the spiral speed is 600r/min,the average axial speed of ice particles have increased by 25% than before;and the relative error between the simulation value and the theoretical value of the average axial speed of ice particles is within 12%.The above research results can provide reference for design of ice mining devices applicable for lunar polar region.
