王洪峰教授运用调脏通络思想针灸治疗眼病的经验

摘　　要：近年眼疾日益多发,西药、手术等方法有诸多不良反应,中医针灸治疗眼疾有良好的疗效且无不良反应,优势显著。王洪峰教授认为目之昏瞻,究其根本是脏腑失调,脉络不通导致目之神弱,甚而目之不明。故眼病的诊疗应以准确辨病为先,再分别从目视之源、目视之路以及目视之窍三方面入手。提出“调五脏,通经络”求本,“醒脑神,明目窍”治标,选穴多以五脏俞为主,配合“百会-视区”,“合谷-太冲”以及“鱼腰-攒竹”等眼局部腧穴,以调脏通络,醒神明目,共复神光。In recent years,eye diseases have become increasingly common.Western medicine,surgery and other methods have a lot of adverse reactions.Acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine has the good efficacy in treating eye diseases without adverse effects,with significant advantages.Professor Wang Hongfeng believes that the root cause of obscured vision is the disorder of zang-fu organs,and the blockage of meridians leads to the weakening of the qi of the eye,and even failure and blindness.Therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases should be based on accurate disease differentiation,and then start from the root of the eye,the path and the eye itself.Professor Wang Hongfeng puts forward"TiaoWuzang,TongJingluo"to pursue the fundamental,"XingNaoshen,MingMuqiao"to treat the appearance,and selecting acupoints with the Wuzang Shu as the main points,combined with the"Baihui(DU20)-visual area","Hegu(LI4)-Taichong(LR3)"and"YuYao(EX-HN4)-CuanZhu(BL-2)"and other local eye acupoints,to achieve the role of restoring light.
