摘　　要：生长激素缺乏症是一种生长激素分泌障碍所导致的内分泌疾病,主要特征是生长激素水平不足,无法维持正常的生长和代谢。其病因可能为先天性或后天性的,儿童生长激素缺乏症主要特征为身材矮小、生长障碍;成人生长激素缺乏症临床表现往往呈非特异性。目前标准治疗方案是使用外源性生长激素替代治疗,以短效重组人生长激素的使用最为常见,但需要每日皮下注射,会导致依从性差和疗效下降。长效生长激素制剂可减少给药注射频率,提高依从性和疗效,多种长效生长激素制剂目前处于不同的开发阶段。本文就长效生长激素制剂的研究现状和最新进展进行综述,以期为长效生长激素的使用提供参考。Growth hormone deficiency is an endocrine disorder caused by the malfunction of growth hormone secretion.It is characterized by insufficient levels of growth hormone to maintain normal growth and metabolism.The cause of this disease may be congenital or acquired.The main characteristics of growth hormone deficiency in children are short stature and growth disorder,while the clinical manifestations of growth hormone deficiency in adults are often nonspecific.At present,the standard treatment strategy is to use exogenous growth hormone replacement therapy.The use of short-acting recombinant human growth hormone is the most common,but daily subcutaneous injection is required,which will lead to poor compliance and reduced efficacy.Long-acting growth hormone preparations can reduce the frequency of administration and improve compliance and efficacy.A variety of long-acting growth hormone preparations are currently in different stages of development.In this paper,the research status and the latest progress of long-acting growth hormone preparations are reviewed in order to provide reference for the use of long-acting growth hormones.
