摘　　要：主要介绍了无人值守半挂汽车煤计量及卸车的整体过程,包括自动化程度的提升、根据来煤计划自动分配指定的汽车衡称重、防作弊措施、计量及接卸效率的提升,以及员工工作方式的改变等。最终实现了汽车煤及厂内管理的全过程自动化和信息化,节约了人力资源,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,为电厂燃料管理提供了一种新的模式。This paper mainly introduces the whole process of coal metering and unloading of the unattended semitrailer vehicle,including the improvement of the level of automation,automatic distribution of designated scale weighing of the vehicle based on the plan of coal arrival,anti-fraud measures,enhancement of the metering and unloading efficiency,and changes of the employees working mode.Ultimately,the whole-process automation and informatization of the coal of the vehicle and management of the plant are realized,which saves human resources,reduces the labor intensity,improves the working efficiency,and provides a new mode for fuel management of power plants.
