摘　　要：本文提出一种用于激光切割机的新型防护材料,该材料不仅拥有卓越的隔热和防激光击穿性能,同时还拥有超薄外形,专门用于激光切割机主机内部机架防护。同时,为生产该材料,设计专用成型压铸生产线,可一次性完成压铸与裁切,适用于企业批量化生产。This paper proposes a new type of protective material for laser cutting machine,which not only has excellent thermal insulation and anti-laser breakdown performance,but also has an ultra-thin shape,which is specially used for the internal frame protection of the main machine of laser cutting machine.At the same time,in order to produce the material,a special molding and die-casting production line is designed,which can complete die-casting and cutting at one time,which is suitable for mass production of enterprises.
