摘 要:传感器技术在机械设计制造方面具有良好的应用前景,其凭借自身数控化、智能化、网络化等特征,能实现动态机械加工机床可持续运行。本文阐述传感器技术概况,分析传感器技术应用现状,判断传感器技术在机械设计制造应用中存在的问题,提高传感器技术的应用效果。With the rapid development of sensor technology,sensor technology has good application prospects in mechanical design and manufacturing.With its own characteristics such as CNC,intelligence,and networking,it can achieve sustainable operation of dynamic mechanical processing machine tools.At the same time,it can effectively solve the problems existing in traditional mechanical control technology production and plays an important role in improving the quality of mechanical production.Based on this,this article elaborates on the overview of sensor technology,analyzes the current application status of sensor technology,identifies the problems that exist in the application of sensor technology in mechanical design and manufacturing,and improves the application effect of sensor technology in mechanical design and manufacturing.
