摘 要:目的:建立微生物检测实验室环境菌库,为检测实验室污染溯源提供指导。方法:连续12个月对微生物检测实验室不同部位和活动人员进行沉降菌、浮游菌及表面微生物的采集,采用分子生物学法16S rDNA序列比对进行鉴定分型。结果:共收集获得环境菌109株,主要分布于7个属,其中葡萄球菌属占37.61%,芽孢杆菌属占24.77%,微球杆菌属占13.76%,考克氏菌属占9.18%,莫拉菌属占3.67%,鞘氨醇单胞菌属占3.67%,霉菌占7.34%。结论:初步建立了微生物检测实验室环境菌库,基本了解了微生物检测实验室环境微生物的分布和组成情况,对于后期实验室环境风险监控具有指导意义。Objective:To establish the environmental microbial library of microbiology testing laboratory and provide guidance for contamination traceability.Method:Sedimentation bacteria,planktonia bacteria and surface microorganisms were collected from different parts and personnel of the microbiology testing laboratory for 12 months.16S rDNA sequence alignment was used to identify contaminated microorganisms.Result:A total of 109 strains of microorganisms were collected.The contaminating microorganisms were mainly distributed in 7 genera,of which the Staphylococcus accounted for 37.61%,the Bacillus accounted for 24.77%,the Micrococcus accounted for 13.76%,the Kocuria accounted for 9.18%,the Moraxella accounted for 3.67%,the Sphingomonas accounted for 3.67%and the fungi accounted for 7.34%.Conclusion:The environmental microbial library of the microbiology testing laboratory has been preliminarily established,and the distribution and composition of the microorganisms in the microbiology testing laboratory have been basically understood,which has guiding significance for the environmental risk monitoring of the laboratory in the later stage.
