摘 要:为了明确液氦储罐真空多层绝热结构的最佳层密度,采用Lockheed模型研究热流密度与层密度的关系,确定最佳层密度,探讨绝热层厚度、环境温度、绝热空间真空度对液氦储罐绝热性能的影响。研究结果表明:液氦储罐最佳层密度为41层/cm;绝热层真空度减小,热流密度下降,真空度下降到一定值后,热流密度几乎不再下降;热流密度与环境温度、绝热层厚度分别呈正、负相关,当厚度增加到一定值后,热流密度下降速率减小。在实际确定绝热层厚度和真空度时,应兼顾经济性和绝热性能。研究结果可为液氦储罐高真空多层绝热结构的设计提供参考。In order to determine the optimal layer density for the vacuum multi-layer insulation structure of liquid helium storage tanks,the Lockheed model was used to study the relationship between heat flux density and layer density,and the optimal layer density was determined.On this basis,the influence of insulation layer thickness,environmental temperature,and vacuum degree of insulation space on the insulation performance of liquid helium storage tank was explored.The results show that the optimal layer density of liquid helium storage tank is 41 layers/cm.The vacuum degree of insulation layer decreases,and the heat flux density decreases.When the vacuum degree drops to a certain value,the heat flux density almost no longer decreases.The heat flux density is positively and negatively correlated with the environmental temperature and insulation layer thickness,respectively.When the thickness increases to a certain value,the rate of decrease in heat flux density decreases.When determining the thickness and vacuum degree of the insulation layer in practice,the consideration should be given to both economy and insulation performance.The research results can provide reference for the design of high vacuum multi-layer insulation structures for the liquid helium storage tanks.
