摘  要:通过引入气干型油对水性聚氨酯木器漆树脂进行改性,解决了水性聚氨酯木器漆树脂耐水性差、漆膜交联密度低、易回黏等问题,提高了树脂耐水性,并缩短了漆膜表干时间。以干性油脂肪酸多元醇、聚酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为原料,通过缩聚制得聚氨酯预聚体,再加入二羟甲基丙酸制得亲水扩链预聚体;在体系中加入中和剂,pH值调为中性,加入去离子水分散,并加入扩链剂,继续进行扩链,再经催干剂处理,制成干性油脂肪酸多元醇改性水性聚氨酯木器漆树脂。采用红外光谱、乳液粒径、耐水性测试等方法对乳液结构和性能进行分析,通过原子力显微镜、透射电镜、接触角和力学性能测试等方法对涂层各项性能进行分析。试验显示,亚麻油酸单甘油酯改性后木器漆树脂乳液粒径为65.47 nm,分散性系数为0.186,紫外光透光率为85.75%,表干时间明显缩短,薄膜水接触角为81°,吸水率为11.97%,耐水性优异。Through the introduction of air-dried oil to modify waterborne polyurethane wood paint resin,the problems such as poor water resistance,low cross-linking density and easy adhesion of paint film were solved,water resistance of resin can be improved,and surface drying time of paint film can be shortened.Using dry oil fatty acid polyol,polyester and isophorone diisocyanate as raw material,the polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by polycondensation,and then dimethylol propionic acid was added to prepare the hydrophilic chain extension prepolymer;the neutralizer was added to the system,pH value was adjusted to neutral,the deionized water dispersion was added,the chain extender was added,the chain extension continued,and then the dry oil fatty acid polyol modified waterborne polyurethane wood paint resin was prepared.The structure and properties of the emulsion were analyzed by infrared spectrum,emulsion particle size and water resistance test,and the properties of the coating were analyzed by atomic force microscope,transmission electron microscope,contact angle and mechanical properties test.The experimental results show that the particle size of linoleic acid monoglyceride modified wood paint resin emulsion is 65.47 nm,the dispersibility coefficient is 0.186,the UV light transmittance is 85.75%,the surface drying time is obviously shortened,the film water contact angle is 81°,the water absorption is 11.97%,and the water resistance is excellent.
