摘 要:文中将单分散SiO_(2)微球和聚氨酯(PU)胶体在织物表面共组装制备了颜色可调高强度光子结构色织物。PU作为一种黏合剂,在自组装过程中,进入SiO_(2)微球之间的空隙,增强了微球间的黏结力,从而提高了光子结构色涂层的黏附力与剪切应力。此外,通过调节PU的添加量,以及对光子结构色涂层颜色的调控,以及单一粒径对应多种结构色。当水滴在光子结构色涂层表面后,浸入非晶光子晶体结构中,取代了其中的空隙,使得非晶光子晶体的折射率对比度下降,从而导致结构色消失。因此,通过在光子晶体织物表面喷涂一层具有低表面能的透明聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)进行疏水封装,可实现超疏水功能。通过选择性制备亲水和疏水光子晶体涂层,可实现水响应的织物二维码防伪技术。当织物遇到水后,二维码消失(A类)或显现(B类),烘干后二维码显现(A类)或消失(B类),使防伪技术更加隐蔽,拓宽了结构色的应用范围。Color-tunable high-strength photonic structured color fabric was prepared by co-assembling monodisperse SiO_(2) microspheres and polyurethane(PU)colloid on the fabric surface.PU,as a binder,entered the space between SiO_(2) microspheres during self-assembly process and enhanced the bonding force between the microspheres,thus the adhesion and shear stress of the photonic structured color coating are improved.In addition,by adjusting the amount of PU added,the color of the photonic structure color coating can be adjusted,and a single particle size corresponds to multiple structure colors.When water drops on the surface of the photonic structured color coating,they soak into the amorphous photonic crystal structure and replace the voids therein,causing the refractive index contrast of the amorphous photonic crystal to decrease,which leads to the disappearance of the structured color.Therefore,superhydrophobic functionality can be achieved by coating the surface of photonic crystal fabrics with a layer of transparent polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)solution with low surface energy for hydrophobic encapsulation.By selectively preparing hydrophilic and hydrophobic photonic crystal coatings,the water-responsive fabric QR code anti-counterfeiting technology can be realized.When the fabric encounters water,the QR code disappears(Type A)or appears(Type B),and after drying,the QR code appears(Type A)or disappears(Type B),making the anti-counterfeiting technology more concealed and broadening the application scope of structural color.
