摘 要:以4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷为桥联基团,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰氯为抗氧化基团,通过酰胺化缩合反应合成了一种具有苯环结构和两个受阻酚单元的新型亚甲基桥联二苯胺基受阻酚抗氧剂。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及质谱分析等方法对合成出的亚甲基桥联二苯胺基受阻酚抗氧剂进行结构表征。研究了亚甲基桥联二苯胺基受阻酚抗氧剂的清除DPPH·性能以及其在线型低密度聚乙烯中的热氧稳定性和力学性能,并与商用抗氧剂1010及1076进行对比。结果表明,合成的亚甲基桥联二苯胺基受阻酚抗氧剂具有较好的抗氧化性能,稳态时间下DPPH·清除率可达90.16%,同时能够有效抑制聚烯烃树脂的热氧老化过程,改善聚乙烯树脂的力学性能。A new methylene-bridged diphenylmethane hindered phenolic antioxidant with a benzene ring structure and two hindered phenolic units was synthesized by an amidation condensation reaction using 4,4′-Methylenedianiline as the bridging group andβ-(3,5-ditertbutyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionyl chloride as the antioxidant group.The synthesized methylene-bridged diphenylamine-based hindered phenolic antioxidants were structurally characterized by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy,and mass spectrometry.The DPPH-scavenging properties of the methylene-bridged diphenylamine-based hindered phenol antioxidants were investigated,as well as their thermal and mechanical stability in linear low-density polyethylene,and compared with commercial antioxidants 1010 and 1076.The results show that the synthesized methylene-bridged diphenylamine-based hindered phenol antioxidants have good antioxidant properties and the DPPH-removal rate can reach 90.16%at the steady-state time,and can effectively inhibit the thermal and oxygen aging process of polyolefin resins and improve the mechanical properties of polyethylene resins.
