摘　　要：总结了粤港澳大湾区医疗健康协调发展过程中5个方面的主要做法及经验:①构建了跨领域、跨层级、跨地域协同管理体系;②加强政府、企业、高校、研究机构等多元主体的合作;③以创新驱动,缩小湾区内医疗发展差距;④数字化为医疗健康协同发展培育了新动能;⑤中西融合,促进了湾区医疗体系的多元化建设。提出了推进“健康湾区”进一步协同发展的6个方面建议:①推进三地的法律建设,加强三地医学法律建设;②组建大湾区医学科创委员会,制订协同发展规划;③加强医学人才交流,推动产学研的进一步发展;④加强数字化转型,提高湾区医疗服务能力;⑤大力推进大湾区医疗产业布局;⑥发挥中西医融合的优势,促进健康湾区创新发展。The main practices and experiences in the coordinated development of medical and health care in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are summarized from five aspects.First,a collaborative management system that is cross-domain,cross-level and cross-regional is established.Second,the cooperation among governments,enterprises,universities,research institutes and other multi-entities should be strengthened.Third,the gap of medical development in the Greater Bay Area should be narrowed through innovation.Fourth,digitalization has fostered new functions for the coordinated development of medical and health care.Fifth,the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has promoted the diversified medical system in he Greater Bay Area.It is advised to promote the coordinated development of Healthy Greater Bay Area from six aspects.First,the legal construction especially the medical legal construction in the three places should be promoted.Second,the committee of scientific and technological innovation in medicine in the Greater Bay Area is established to formulate plans for coordinated development.Third,the exchange of medical talents should be strengthened for improving the cooperation among industry,universities and research institutes.Forth,digital transformation is enhanced to improve capabilities of medical services of the Greater Bay Area.Fifth,the layout of the medical industry in the Greater Bay Area is promoted vigorously.Lastly,the advantages of integrated Chinese and western medicine are given full play to promoting the innovative development of the Healthy Greater Bay Area.
