摘　　要：对2016~2021年全国中医药服务体系与服务能力、保障水平发展现状进行分析,发现我国中医药服务面临着医疗资源总量相对不足、中医药服务分布不均、中医药特色优势发挥不充分、中医乡村医生流失严重等问题。提出了落实中医药发展政策和财政保障、推动优质中医资源扩容和均衡布局、建强中医药服务体系和服务能力等对策建议。Through the analysis of the status quo of the national TCM service system,service ability and security from 2016 to 2021,it is found that TCM services are facing problems such as relatively insufficient total medical resources,uneven distribution of TCM services,inadequate use of TCM characteristics and advantages,and serious loss of rural TCM doctors.In this regard,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to implement policies and financial security for the development of Chinese medicine,promote the expansion and balanced layout of high-quality Chinese medicine resources,and strengthen the service system and service capacity of Chinese medicine.
