摘  要:罗36块位于渤南油田十区,为四周被断层夹持的小型狭长断块。面对罗36块裂缝发育,注水易窜与能量低的矛盾,在沙四段原油性质较差,油稠、凝固点高的影响下,自然递减率逐年上升,成为困扰罗36块可持续发展的主要因素。自然递减率越大,老井产量下降速度越快,直接影响到各项开发指标及经济效益。确定储层非均质性强和原油粘度高是影响单井减产的两大主因。针对此两类问题,制定治理对策,通过堵水调驱、挤入降粘剂等一系列调整治理,罗36块自然递减率呈现向好趋势,自然递减率由8.58%降低为3.1%,开发指标得到提升,储量得以有效动用。Luo 36 block,located in the 10th area of Bonan Oilfield,is a small,narrow fault block held by faults from every side.Facing the fracture development in Luo 36 block,water injection is easy to channeling and the contradiction of low energy,under the influence of poor crude oil properties,thick oil and high freezing point in the S4 section,the natural decline rate is increasing year by year.This has become a major factor troubling the sustainable development of Luo 36 block.The higher the natural decline rate rises,the faster the production decline rate in old wells drops,which directly affects every development index and economic benefit.Strong reservoir heterogeneity and high oil viscosity are the two main factors affecting reduction of single well production.In view of these two kinds of problems,a series of adjustment countermeasures are taken,including water shutoff and displacement adjustment,squeezing in viscosity reducer.Natural decline rate in Luo 36 block shows a good trend,which has decreased from 8.58%to 3.1%.Development indicators have been improved,and reserves can be effectively used.
