我国体育强省建设与内需水平耦合协调的测度及动力机制研究

摘　　要：体育强省建设是体育强国战略的重要基础,内需水平是国内大循环的战略基点,我国体育强省建设与内需水平的良性互动有助于实现两大战略的共同发展和深入实施。该研究对31个省(区、市)体育强省建设与内需水平的耦合协调度进行了测度分析,并以此作为结果变量,以体育强省建设与内需水平的具体指标作为条件变量,进行了模糊集定性比较分析(fs-QCA),并探究了耦合协调的内部动力机制。研究发现:(1)体育强省建设与内需水平之间存在明显的相互影响和相互作用的关系,耦合协调发展特征显著;(2)体育强省建设与内需水平的耦合协调在地域间发展不平衡不充分,呈现出“东部高、中部次之、西部低”的阶梯状发展格局;(3)体育强省建设与内需水平的耦合协调发展是多种因素共同作用的结果,且存在5种不同因素的组态能够形成高度耦合协调发展状态。因此,该研究认为各省可以根据自身资源禀赋和条件因素的不同选择差异化的发展路径,以推动自身体育强省建设与内需水平的良性互动与协调发展。The construction of powerful sports province is the important foundation of sports power strategy,the level of domestic demand is the strategic base point of the domestic macro-cycle,and the benign interaction between the two helps to realize the common development and in-depth implementation of the two strategies.By measuring and analyzing the coupling coordination degree between the construction of strong sports province and the level of domestic demand in 31 provinces(autonomous regin,municipality),and using this as the outcome variable,taking the indicators of the construction of strong sports province and the level of domestic demand as the conditional variables,we conduct a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fs-QCA)to explore the dynamic mechanism of the coupling coordination.It is found that:(1)The construction of strong sports province and the level of domestic demand have obvious mutual influences andinteractions,and the coupling and coordination is characterized significantly.(2)The coupling and coordination between the construction of strong sports province and the level of domestic demand are unevenly and insufficiently developed among regions,showing a ladder-like development pattern of"high in the east,second in the center,and low in the west".(3)The coordinated development of the two is the result of a variety of factors,and there are five different groups of factors that can form a highly coordinated development state.Each province should choose differentiated development paths according to its own resource endowment and condition factors,and promote the benign interaction and coordinated development of the construction of strong sports province and the level of domestic demand.
