摘　　要：基于乡风文明的基本内涵,指出了新时代乡风文明的特征,阐述了乡风文明对实现乡村振兴的重要价值。从加强基层党组织的核心引领作用、强化乡风文明建设的基础和保障、坚持村民自治和道德法治教育、激发农村优秀文化发展活力、因地制宜地推进农村移风易俗等方面提出了全面建设文明乡风的路径。Based on the basic connotation of rural customs and civilization,the characteristics of rural customs and civilization in the new era were pointed out,and the important value of rural civilization to realize rural revitalization was expounded.The paths of comprehensively building civilized rural customs were put forward from the aspects of strengthening the core leading role of grassroots party organizations,strengthening the foundation and guarantee of the construction of rural customs and civilization,adhering to the education of villagers autonomy and moral rule of law,stimulating the vitality of rural excellent cultural development,and promoting the change of rural customs according to local conditions.
