空间溢出视角下绿色金融对制造业转型升级的影响

摘　　要：运用空间计量模型,实证分析了绿色金融对制造业转型升级的空间效应。结果表明:绿色金融发展水平和制造业转型升级存在显著的空间正相关性;绿色金融不仅能够显著促进本地制造业转型升级,还对邻近省市产生正向的空间溢出效应,通过稳健性检验后结论依然成立。提出相关政策建议:加快建立统一的绿色金融体系、创新与拓宽金融产品种类;完善激励机制、推动绿色金融和制造业协同发展;建立区域间绿色金融合作机制、促进绿色金融区域合作协同发展。Using the spatial econometric model,the spatial effect of green finance on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry was empirically analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant spatial positive correlation between the development level of green finance and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry;green finance not only could significantly promote the transformation and upgrading of local manufacturing,but also produce positive spatial spillover effects on neighboring provinces and cities,and the conclusion was still valid after passing the robustness test.Relevant policy recommendations were put forward:accelerating the establishment of a unified green financial system,innovating and broadening the variety of financial products;improving incentive mechanisms and promoting the coordinated development of green finance and manufacturing;establishing inter regional green finance cooperation mechanisms and promoting the coordinated development of regional cooperation in green finance.
