摘　　要：从工匠精神的含义入手,阐释了学术期刊编辑工匠精神的内涵;论述了工匠精神在期刊编辑工作中的重要意义;提出了将工匠精神融入编辑工作的实现路径。认为通过完善期刊编辑职业发展的保障机制与提升编辑职业发展的综合能力,可以培育编辑的工匠情怀,发挥编辑的工匠潜能,从而提升编辑出版工作实效,促进学术期刊高质量发展。Starting from the meaning of craftsman spirit,the connotation of craftsman spirit of academic journal editors was explained;the significance of craftsmanship spirit in the editorial work of journals was discussed;and the practical paths of integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into the career development of editors were proposed.It was believed that by improving the guarantee mechanisms for the career development of journal editors and enhancing their comprehensive capabilities,the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit among editors could be achieved,and the potential of editors could be unleash,so as to improve the effectiveness of journal editing and publishing and promote the high-quality development of journals.
