摘　　要：超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)是高性能的热塑性工程塑料,优异的耐冲击、耐磨损、自润滑、耐化学腐蚀、耐低温等性能使其广泛应用于化工、采矿、新能源、医疗、体育及军事等领域。综述了近年来国内超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)行业现状,重点介绍了催化剂、聚合工艺、产品牌号开发、市场供需和加工方式等方面的进展,对存在问题和发展方向提出了建议。Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)is an important member of high performance engineering plastics.Excellent impact resistance,wear resistance,self-lubrication,chemical corrosion resistance and low temperature resistance make it widely used in fields such as chemical engineering,mining,new energy,medical,sports,and military.This article reviewed the current development of the domestic UHMWPE industry in recent years,and focused on the progress in catalysts,polymerization processes,product brand development,market supply and demand,processing method.At last,the existing problems were discussed and some suggestion were put forward.
