摘　　要：非技术技能(NTS)指能促进专业知识和技能得到更好应用的个人内在品质和人际间的交往、管理技能,因手术过程中洗手护士发挥了重要的沟通协调作用,洗手护士NTS的运用及提升已是当前手术室护理管理工作的重点。本文综述了洗手护士术中NTS的界定,评估,影响因素及干预措施,旨在为进一步研究提供思路,为洗手护士术中NTS的运用、管理和提升提供参考和借鉴。Objective Non-technical skills(NTS)referred to personal intrinsic qualities and interpersonal communication and management skills that can promote better application of professional knowledge and skills.Due to the important communication and coordination role played by hand washing nurses during the surgical process,the application and improvement of NTS by hand washing nurses had become the focus of current operating room nursing management work.This article reviewed the definition,evaluation,influencing factors,and intervention measures of NTS in hand washing nurses,aiming to provide ideas for further research and reference for the application,management,and improvement of non-technical skills in hand washing nurses.
